All I remember is it was a murder and 3 possible diffrent endings...I remember it had to do with a punch bowl as the murder wepon? Or drowning hahah

Would it happen to be the 1955 film "Three Cases of Murder"?
It had three different stories, the second of which a woman gets murdered...
Orson Welles was in the third segment -- he played Lord Mountdrago.
