You know, Ms. Suleman lives about 18 miles away from me. Two churches have done a huge amount of fundraising for her, did everything they could to help her out, had people sit with her kids, etc. etc. etc.

Nope. My mom used to work about a block away from her home and a lot of the people that lived in the area had. I think initially there was a real sense of sympathy in regards to her situation amongst the locals. That quickly faded when they realized the true her.
