I think that there was another person in the bathroom with him that night. Something went wrong and 2nd in command made a hasty retreat.

I think so, too.

For me, the fact that he was found with writing on his body indicates that there was another party involved.

Tying yourself up might well be a "hobby" you enjoy in your spare time. But writing "whip" on your own ass with lipstick just doesn't strike me as something someone would do alone: you would either have someone do it to you, or you would do it in order to please someone else.

Not to mention the hypodermic needles in both arms. If he was alone, I could understand one arm, but both ? No: someone else had to be there for that.

they also said there was money and camera stuff missing from his place, I seem to think it might have been street hustler gone wrong type thing....Wasent it cool that Scott got into that apartment and got to see the tub and everything! Wonder if its the orginal tub!!! Can you imagin living in a home like that??? Oh hell yeah....I don't think that either Dekker or his rent-a-friend meant for things to go that wrong, and it was truly an accidental death.

However, were I around someone who a)was that far out in his fetishes, and b)putting himself in extreme danger? WHEN, not IF, something went wrong, I'd beat a hasty retreat myself. And never, ever talk about it again.

Dose anyone know were te pic is of him in the tub dead??? I remeber seeing it a long time ago aand it just seems to me he would need help to get into that position. Poor Romon Navarro...I remeber reading that those guys got out of jail ..I also heard one of them placed a call to his girlfriend and she could hear him screaming in the background as they killed him, alsi I dont know if this is true or not but I heard they stuffed an art deco dildo down his throat and thats how police found him...it was a gift from Valentino.....Anyone know if thats true??? I love this forum!!! I found my home!!!!

I don't know about the dildo but they did beat him with a cane that was supposedly given to him by Valentino. I guess the house he was murdered in has been torn down. I guess the two punks that did it considered him "A soft touch" meaning he paid well!

He also was in the process of writing his biography!

Was it ruled that it was impossible for anyone else to be present when he died? Or was it ruled that there was no indication of anyone else being present when he died.

I ask because the latter leaves open the possibility that someone was there, but took care to remove all traces of their presence.

In this case..This is a very wierd and macabre story, especially as he did this in such a dramatic and very VISUAL way, prior to this wierd aspho thingy was even known to the general public.
