Several times today I heard commentators and lawyers saying DON'T disrespect the jury or their decision.

    Really???? What, are you kidding???

I'll disrespect that jury and this thing they have done as much and long as I see fit.

    So will alot of people.

It's part of whats great about this country. We get to say and feel however we want.

When I see videos of you Caylee, I want so much to be with you in the videos. I want to play with you and hug you and save you. I guess maybe someday I will be able to. But for now, I have to let you go. Fly away little angel and you were an awesome kid. I hope if I have a daughter, she will be just like you.

Casey owes more than 64k, and just for the sake of argument if she does NOT accept anything for $$... she can go back to jail for owing taxes?? Correct???

    &

YAAAAY!!!! Texas Equuisearch is planning on suing Casey Anthony and Jose Baez for fraud and all the money it cost them ($112,000) to search for a missing child that was actually dead!! Woo-hoo!! I hope people start suing her right and left! (Jessie Grund and Roy Kronk are you listening?? Defamation of character anyone?)

They served Casey last night according to John Morgan, Zenaida's atty.

Afraid she'll get away and be hard to serve later.

Wait they have to first prove that Casey knew Caylee was dead first for Tim Miller to sue... I dont think that will be succesful.

Can't they prove it with what Casey was using as her defense... that Caylee drowned?

No...that scenario was used to create reasonable doubt, however there was no actual evidence to prove Caylee drowned.

I meant more, proving that Casey knew Caylee was dead. Casey has admitted Caylee was dead that whole time. Why can't they use that?

Millers lawsuit is baseless. The Anthony's never asked him for help or money. It seems like all this backlash is sour grapes. People need to get over this and go on with thier lives. There are more important issues Americans should be worrying about than Casey Anthony.

I think the jury should hold out for the best money
deal, for the tabloid newspaper or TV show to talk to.

Because so many others in this sad trial already have.

Ok hello, what about this innocent little girl that wasn't asked to be born into this world, whom wasn't even 3 (she didn't deserve to die, what she deserved was a family to love and support her like they should) And nothing is done about it. She layed in a field to rot, and now is buried or cremated, not because it was her time to leave this place, cause someone put her there.

And the coldness of some of the people just something else.
If this was my child, grandchild, neighbors child..etc I would make sure someone is responsible for this. Maybe its personal for me cause I was kid napped at 5 but manage to excape, and i can't imagine what my family and friends would have had to gone through if i hadn't ran away.

But god damn it, i would expect someone out there paying for my murder, if it was me laying in a pile of dirt. I am so upset and sick over the entire thing. And i welcome all opinions and comments, but i have read through so much shit in 24 hours on so many websites, news papers, magazines. Its like the passion of help your fellow man has turn to shit with the rest of this country. And no one is safe no matter what, unless your sucking someone off. I would at least think for a child, some compassion could be shown.

I hate unsolved cases especially with children. Adult crimes are horrible, don't get me wrong. But innocent little children, some not even 2 hours old on up, are being killed cause mommy/daddy just can't handle responsibility and are selfish fucks. And i guess in this country its ok to kill them and be like my daddy fingered me as a child so i just snapped.

What the fuck ever. Got a huge box of shitty corrupted people while there may be a hand full of good still left. Every day thats even disappearing.
Hey I hear you girl just got home and trying to catch up on things. I saw something on TV today that said a distant Aunt might take her in here in Houston. Note to distant Aunt: WE IN HOUSTON DO NOT CARE TO TAKE IN A LYING MURDERING SLOOT. PLEASE CALL BOZO FOR ALL YOUR FURTHER NEEDS.

    Manufactured frenzy ...

Sad to see, but given the media, 24/7 dedicated coverage, no surprise.

And most are unwilling to get of the Casey Circus Train.

    Applause for pyt!!! Totally agree.

All the people that think she was not proven guilty, do you really think she should get to profit from her behavior? There is no way, even if you think there wasn't enough evidence to prove she killed her, you cannot think she did not know she was dead that whole time & let the Equisearch spend time, money and most important, NOT BE LOOKING FOR OTHER MISSING KIDS while they were wasting their time with the Anthonys. They deserve at the least their money back, and I would rather anybody with any remote reason to sue her, will. She should never be able to sit back & collect money talking about her daughter!

Double jeopardy is what got Mel Ingnatow off scot free with murder here in the Louisville area. His accomplice turned state's evidence but was an unbelievable witness (like George?) After he was acquitted, the new owners of his house found the photo evidence the accomplice testified to under the carpet in the house, plus the victims jewelry. He then was charged with perjury & testified in that trial that he DID kill her. But he could only be charged w/perjury & serve that sentence. He got out and lived free for quite a few years before dying a few years ago.
Oh my, he's dead. He got religion and had this smarmy attitude about him. That's one I never believed was repentant. I was going to ask about this case, now I don't have to.

These are the media influenced times that we live in.

As a matter of fact anyone inside and reading/ posting in this thread is guilty of participation in this story, and is basically doing the same thing.

At any rate, the media isn't going to go away and those who don't like it don't have to watch, read or listen.

No matter whether Caylee died from drowning or from her egg donor knocking her out with chloroform and suffocating her with duct tape, Casey knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that Caylee was dead and hidden when Tim Miller and Equaasearch were there preparing to search for her. Cindy was particularily nasty toward him, making comments about him being an alcoholic and telling him not to go up against the Anthonys because he would not win. It is my opinion that at that time even though Cindy didn't know where Caylee was or what had happened to her, she knew about the huge blowout fight that had occured the day before Caylee went missing and she suspected Casey of doing something to Caylee to spite her. She never said that out loud, of course, but why else would you be hateful and ungrateful toward a volunteer organization who is trying to locate your missing grandchild? I think Tim has the grounds to sue and I hope he wins big time.

I hope everyone who is planning to sue the whole family does, and wins!! I was trying to have some kind thoughts to the parents, but Cindy is the embodiment of pure evil, and will not likely ever have peace, no matter how much good fortune may shower them all after this tragedy fades. If in fact the Anthonys did NOT call Equaasearch, they should have said no thank you. In fact, I don't think any of them have made any effort to thank anyone who helped all through this.

I would rather Casey end up as a porn star for one of two reasons--- many of these girls can't put the brakes on, and don't have long lifespans, dying from drug ODs, brutal boyfriends, bad implants, untreated AIDS, whatever.

(The only other public profession with an untimely death track record like this is pro wrestling, and Casey sure doesn't fit into their hypocritical "family entertainment" image.)

The other reason is that the WORST thing would be for her to announce that's she wants to emulate her mother's example, and "honor her dear daughter's memory" by becoming a NURSE!!!

Which reminds me, someone better do a photoshop of Casey with big bleached-blonde hair, because she's going to Texas, and those folks should have some warning.

Juror #3, Jennifer Ford, says she's sick to her stomach about the not guilty verdict, and how the jurors were in tears about having to vote that way, due to what little the State was able to prove.

Porn King TERMINATES XXX Offer to Casey Anthony

7/6/2011 2:25 PM PDT by TMZ Staff

The general porn-watching public wants "nothing to do" with Casey Anthony ... so says XXX kingpin Steve Hirsch ... who has officially WITHDRAWN his porno offer to the exonerated 25-year-old.

Hirsch -- who reached out to Anthony's lawyer yesterday in the hopes of landing a deal -- has now reversed course ... telling TMZ, "It has become obvious to us that Vivid fans, and people in general, want nothing to do with her and that includes a XXX movie."

Hirsch explains, "We were ready to make an offer to Casey to star in one of our feature films. It's clear to me now, however, that there has been an overwhelmingly negative response to our offer and so we've decided to withdraw it."

He adds, "We now believe that we underestimated the emotional response that people are having to the verdict. A movie starring Casey Anthony is not what people want to see."

Microsonic, I agree with you 100%! I have flip flopped on my opinion of Cindy so many times I can't keep count. I thought she was despicable during the early days until the trial. When she testified for the prosecution, I felt so sorry for her that I was crying. When she testified (lied) for the defense, I felt stupid for ever feeling sorry for her. I don't have such harsh feelings toward George because I think he would be a decent person away from Cindy and Casey, I acknowledge I could be way off on that impression. I have never seen anyone like these people and I hope never to again. They disgust me more than Lee and Jackie Peterson. I hope the Anthonys are sued by anyone that has been wronged by them. The only thing that I can say in their defense is that they obviously loved little Caylee very much and she loved them. I am glad that in Caylee's painfully short life that she had some people who adored her.

You know someone is VERY despised when even porn fans don't want to see her.

umm no it just means that Vivid Ent. considered a little girl is lost all because of her and they are showing respect Caylee needs. That is possible.

It would be nice if they considered Caylee, but I don't believe that had anything to do with their decision. If Caylee mattered to them, they would have never offered the job to Casey to begin with. They extended their offer, received tons of negative backlash, and didn't want the bad publicity. They more or less tucked their tail between their legs and went home.

Smart move. That and they can be among the first in line (after the IRS ) for a judgment once if/when she starts getting money rolling in.

My next concern now is wondering when everyone else is going to decide to get litigation happy?

Its scary listening to some of the callers on Nancy Graces show. Some of these people sound so deranged. What makes someone so unstable over a case that they have nothing to do with? Other filmed themselves watching the verdict. ( I found those videos hilarious) Some people flew in from other states just to be at the trial and are staying for the sentencing spending thousands of dollars on this in hotels and restaurants. These people have issues

I wish Casey could be successfully sued for wrongful death and every penny that she gets goes to satisfy the judgement. I can't stand the thought that not only did she get away with murdering her baby, she could get rich quick off of it and never have to work a day in her life.

Every time I see videos and pictures of Caylee, I can't help but think that darling little girl never got to experience first grade, will never get to go to high school and college, will never have a wedding, and never have her own baby, all because of her own selfish whore mother snuffed out her little life.

I don't care what the verdict was, Caylee didn't put duct tape on her own mouth and nose, climb into a trash bag, and dive into that swamp so close to home.

I'm not so sure Texas is the best place for this twit to move to. We can be a little scary at times.
Personally I don't see how the Anthony's got any closure when they don't know how Caylee died or maybe they do I mean the twit got her lying skills from someone. For me they are way too many unanswered questions for any type of closure but that's just me.

With the lawsuits-and now the State of Florida saying they will pursue her as well-a situation is being created where ironically Casey Anthony will be forced to profit through a book deal, licensing fees for footage, etc. With everyone and their mother lined up to sue her, they are literally forcing her into the kind of exploitation of the death of her daughter that people decry merely in order to pay off judgments. There may be some sense of vindication in going after her, but doesn't anyone see exactly where this is going to lead?

This case should be a wake up call for DA's. If you are going for the death penalty , you shouldn't rely on character assassination and speculation to get a conviction.

This is the way I see Casey's future. She's always thought she was special, and that the rules didn't apply to her. After this court case, she's bound to feel completely invincible.

Offers are already pouring in, so she'll have money soon. Something is going to happen, and she's going to screw up big time. She'll end up in jail or dead (partying too hard, or angering the wrong people). Hopefully no one else will get hurt, because that will be on the head of our justice system for letting her out this time...but I really don't think she'll be a free woman for long.

I'm not psychic or anything, this is just where the whole thing looks to me like where it's going.

The only person who could do that would be the Caylee's Biological Father whoever he is. Casey probably knows but isn't telling cause if he found out he can make money of her he would probably sue her for wrongful death of there daughter.

I mentioned in the earlier thread that Casey exhibits most of the signs of a sociopath. These people are incapable of showing remorse/ They lie about everything. Many of them from childhood on create havoc in their home. Casey may have behaved in such a way that Cindy reacted negatively to her. When you think about what people who say they witnessed Cindy being monstrous to Callee, I wonder if they know what may be behind it. I can tell you it is one of the most difficult types to deal with. It is typical for others to find it hard that these charming people could be so destructive'

Maybe I am wrong about Casey, bur she seemed to fit the diagnosis.

On a lighter note when I was in high school I read either an article or a book suggesting that man's facial features resembles members of the animal kingdom. We had a lot of fun trying to identify ourselves and each other all in fun. I felt that Mostly I looked like a frog.. I didn't have the bulging eyes, but overall I was more frog than anything. I think Casey looks like a rat or a mouse. Cheney looks like one of the big dogs. Not exactly like a St. Bernard but close. I just can't remember which one. My husband told me one of his coworkers thinks Cheney acts like Foghorn Leghorn so that's how they refer to him now.

Yes the father would have to get a DNA Test in order to Positive ID himself as the father of Caylee Anthony the he could file suite against Casey to prevent her from making money of Caylee's death.

Of course DNA Testing isn't cheap either. Unless he got one of the blabbers or trash talks to pay for DNA testing.
