    LOL...well that is not ALL the kinds of Barbie's that I collect.....I keep those out of sight in a special cabinet. I have an extensive collection of vintage Barbies, mostly from the 60's and early 70's, and Collector Edition Barbie's too. My mom gave me an "I Love Lucy" doll for my birthday this year.

    I love it "the special Cabinet!!"

    You should buy tiny coffins and store them in those!!! Then when guests come over bring them out and open the coffins!!!

    Are they worth alot??? I am assuming yes?

    LOL @ your idea. Well, you can bet that I won't be pulling any of those dolls out for my guests. Except for my sister, she's seen them. People wouldn't understand and would think that I need to be in a mental institution.

    And yes, I have a few dolls that are worth between two and three hundred dollars. I really enjoy this hobby and would like to learn how to restore them myself.

    I can relate the mental institution. I have revealed my death hag self more and the few people that know sometimes look at me weird now!!!

    I am sure there are some sites online on how to do the restorations?

    I did have a bunch of GI Joe stuff in the 70's, but stupid me thru it away a long time ago!!!

    Yep, you should have saved them. They would be worth a small fortune. My mother sold all my Barbie's in garage sales. One day I came across a small sack of them that managed to escape being sold. It was then that I decided to collect all the dolls I used to have.

    I haven't really done any research online about Barbie restoration. I do have a friend that has done some herself and she has told me a little bit about it. Very tedious work. One of these days I'll get around to trying it out myself.

    And yep....when I've mentioned FAD to some of my friends, I could tell they thought it was weird, so I didn't bring it up anymore, haha
